Joe Rogan Interview With Amber Lyon – Bahrain, Police State, NDAA, Media Corruption

This in depth interview with Amber Lyon cuts to the heart of the problem in our western culture, the problem of misinformation and propaganda that seems to be the main job of all the major “news” networks.  Bahrain and the uprising there was heavily under-reported, to the point that even an Award winning reporter, Amber Lyon, was silenced for her ground breaking documentary on the human rights violations being carried out in Bahrain.

The reasons for the media turning a blind eye is once again the same, to cover up US support of human rights violations in exchange, in the case of Bahrain, for a strategic port for the use of the US military industrial complex, no questions asked.

Many many topics are discussed. The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), the militarization of police forces in the US, the mechanisms of censorship in media, the way regimes like Bahrain pay for propaganda to be aired on mainstream news networks for the purpose of misinforming the public on the real events on the ground.

Enjoy!
